To record a horse/pony with GOHJA complete the form below and press the
SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form to send your Horse
Recording information to GOHJA.
If you make a
mistake, press the RESET button at the bottom of the form to clear the contents of
the form so you can start over.
Before you begin, please check the Recorded
Horse Listing to be sure the horse/pony is not
already recorded.
IMPORTANT - Only current GOHJA members are
eligible to Record Horses. If you are not a current
member, please go to the Membership
page of this web site and complete a membership application.
